Research base interior.

Music consists of several dozen SFX, which are deployed all around the player in the Surround mix. This gives the impression that there may be other people moving in the abandoned base, as well as hinting at the base's automation. Even though all the crew are missing, the machines still go on working...

Planet exterior.

Procedurally generated audio pulled from FMOD Event banks into UE4. Each bank contains several thematic variations. The banks are weighted to help minimise obvious repetition. This weighting effects the calling of musical layers - drones, melodic lines, SFX, etc.
